First step in our assessment is to examine publicly available urban parameters and to compute approximate maximum building area. These information are the base for High Level Cost Estimate.
The next step is production of Concept Design, more accurate Cost Estimate and preparation of Project Timeline.
*Location can be regarded as a group of adjacent plots, which are not yet merged into one plot in cadastre register.
