Most of the plots* in Serbia are covered by urban regulations.

First step in our assessment is to examine publicly available urban parameters and to compute approximate maximum building area. These information are the base for High Level Cost Estimate.

The next step is production of Concept Design, more accurate Cost Estimate and preparation of Project Timeline. 

*Location can be regarded as a group of adjacent plots, which are not yet merged into one plot in cadastre register.

Risk Assessment

Each property acquisition carries bears specific risks. We can assist in identifying such risks and allocate contingencies to mitigate them. 


Technical Due Diligence

Detailed inspection of property and available documentation / preparation of report inclusive of:   

  • Description of property general condition (location, ownership, area, building fabrics, MEP services);
  • Comment on available documentation;
  • Building condition (structure, MEP, finishing works, landscaping);
  • Utility connections;
  • Environmental issues;
  • Building operation and maintenance;
  • OPEX/ CAPEX.

Support in permitting procedures
